Delta has raised their fee for smaller dogs… under 15 pounds… by . This means those OVER 15 pounds are going to cost at least that much more to ship. It got hot early, in the 90s before noon, and very humid. This is the first day the pups have been unhappy. ALL of them were whining and restless. So much so, they were upsetting Emy.
