Every time I’ve opened the door today theres been a fresh layer of snow. Apparently for spaniels this is just as exciting every time and requires them to run full pelt round the garden several times. As I’ve mentioned before we feed our dogs BARF. They usually have two meals a day; one consisting of veg, offal and mince and the other some description of meaty bone. We’ve had no fresh snow since Monday evening, but what we had still hasn’t melted. It is more ice than snow now, but the dogs still love it and they’re still coming back nice and clean. On Friday morning I took Inca over to Norwich for her keyhole spay (ovariectomy). As it wasn’t being done my regular vets I took her for a consult a couple weeks ago to check suitability.
